over forty years right in the heart of Loughborough. Tree Spa and Beauty is my passion and I want every customer to enjoy their experience with us and as a
highly experienced beauty therapist I know the value of having the best team of beauty therapists delivering outstanding beauty and advice in the use of
the best products on the market today"
We are a warm friendly and inviting salon with a dedicated team of passionate, experienced therapists and receptionists. We are open six days a week to make sure you have a wonderful experience.
Our aim is to create an environment where you can relax, unwind, and experience an impressive and extensive range of treatments chosen from around the world supported by an outstanding range of spa performance products from top skincare companies such as Elemis and Guinot.
Customer Care is our highest priority and our aim is to make you feel very special and valued just like you are the only person in the world.
We are a three storey salon, with a warm contemporary vibe. Upstairs you will find light and airy with private therapy rooms one of which is dedicated to our exclusive St. Tropez Airport Spray Tanning Booth. Down stairs you will find our Purex Filtration Nail Bars and Make-Up Stations. Our Spa shop is also found on the ground floor showcasing our Spa@Home and skin specialist collections of outstanding products which will provide you with that little bit of home luxury.
At Tree Spa and Beauty we offer a range of indulgence Bridal Packages to Special Occasion and Party Glamour packages all of which can be individually priced to suit your budget from £65.00

OUR POLICIES
BOOKING AHEAD
We feel very privileged that so many clients book up to a year in advance to secure your appointments in our very busy diary. We make every effort to make sure your regular therapist is available, should this not be possible due to holiday commitments your appointment will be transferred to another member of our team. In this circumstance we do try to contact our clients. But occasionally this is not possible. We thank you for your understanding and please rest assured that all of our therapists are trained to the highest level.
CANCELLATION ADVICE
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or re-schedule appointments unfortunately a charge may be made if we are unable to fill your appointment at short notice.
We operate a courtesy appointment reminder service and will endeavour to do our best to make contact with you. It is never pleasant asking clients to pay for missed appointments and we prefer not to do so. Please assist us whenever possible to enable us to offer more availability to our clients. Thank You.
All treatments over 2 hours require a deposit to be paid
Clients who arrive late will only receive the remaining time of their appointment – We regret it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.

GIFT VOUCHERS
Beautifully presented and available for all our treatments or as monetary value. Vouchers can be purchased at reception or by card over the telephone 01509 266964 . Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. We regret that lost vouchers cannot be replaced.

ADDING THAT EXTRA SOMETHING SPECIAL
When celebrating a special occasion at the salon we can arrange the following gifts for you
Flowers, Chocolates, Occasion Cards, Champagne, Lunch at a local eatery, or a special gift from our spa shop beautifully wrapped, Celebration cake and candles.
VALUABLES
Some treatments require the removal of jewellery, please place your belongings in a pocket or handbag as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form at your first visit and periodically thereafter to keep your record up to date

We respectfully request that all mobile phones be SWITCHED OFF during your visit to the salon
SMOKING
For the comfort of clients and insurance purposes we operate a no smoking policy on the premises
